Our most economical launch package, where we will be there to virtually guide you through the set up process as well as provide a comprehensive set up list, but we do not design the property or physically set up.
Silver
This is a hybrid between the Bronze and our Gold. We do everything included in the Bronze package, with the major addition being that we will design 100% of the property interior and exterior for you.
Gold
For those who want the entire process, from start to finish (first guest ready), the gold package is for you. You get everything from the Silver package, with the addition of 100% of the set up labor and trash removal.
After understanding your needs, we can determine which package would best suit your situation. These packages are assuming your property is NOT currently operating as a short term rental. If your property is an active short term rental, we will discuss a customized and condensed package for you.

What Is a Short-Term Rental Launch?
A short-term rental launch turns an empty or newly bought property into a guest-ready Airbnb. It covers the setup plan, interior and exterior design, furnishing and supplies, safety items, smart-home devices, photos, the listing and the licenses needed before the first booking. Kingdom Hospitality offers three launch packages, Bronze, Silver and Gold, for properties that have never operated as a short-term rental.
Getting the launch right matters more than most owners expect. The first photos, the first reviews and the first few months of pricing shape how booking sites rank the listing for a long time. A home that looks dated, sleeps fewer guests than it could or misses a key amenity starts behind the competition and has to fight its way back.

How long does it take to launch an Airbnb?
It depends on the package, the size of the home and how much needs to be bought. Furniture delivery is often the longest step, and local licenses can take time too, so we build the plan around both from the start.
What is the difference between the Bronze, Silver and Gold packages?
Bronze gives you virtual guidance and a comprehensive setup list. Silver adds a full interior and exterior design. Gold adds all of the setup labor and trash removal, so the home is ready for its first guest.
Do I need a license before my first booking?
Usually, yes. In Wisconsin, a tourist rooming house license is required if you rent more than 10 nights a year, and cities such as Madison and Minneapolis require their own approvals. We plan licensing into every launch.
Can my property use a launch package if it is already on Airbnb?
The launch packages are built for properties that have never been a short-term rental. If yours is already listed, our full-service management is the right fit.
Can Kingdom Hospitality manage the property after launch?
Yes. Many owners move straight into our full-service management once the home is ready, so pricing, guests, cleaning and maintenance are handled from the first booking.

What do I need to start an Airbnb?
You need a property that local zoning, HOA or lease rules allow you to rent short term, the required license or permit and tax registrations, short-term rental insurance, furniture and guest supplies, a self check-in system, professional photos, a priced listing and a cleaning and maintenance plan. Our launch packages cover the setup and design side, and our management team can handle the rest.
How much does it cost to furnish an Airbnb?
It depends on the home's size, the guests you target and the finish level you want. Larger group homes and upscale finishes cost more than a small condo. During your consultation we build a setup list and budget for your specific property so you know the cost before you buy anything.
What amenities do Airbnb guests look for most?
Fast Wi-Fi, a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, air conditioning, self check-in, parking, a washer and dryer and a dedicated workspace come up most often, while outdoor space, game rooms and hot tubs help larger homes stand out.
